Air Passenger Rights

The Commission for Aviation Regulation is the national enforcement body of Regulation (EC) 261/2004, which is intended to reduce the inconvenience caused to passengers by delays, cancellations and denied boarding. 

The regulation provides for standardised and immediate assistance for air passengers where these events occur.
